Refund & Return Policy – Peparzel Pet Accessories

At Peparzel Pet Accessories, we strive to provide the highest quality pet products and ensure your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Returns

  • You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • In its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and documentation

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Personalized or custom items

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Spare parts or consumables

3. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or defective items.

4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at sales@peparzel.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received safely.

7. Restocking Fee

  • Returns of non-defective merchandise may incur a 25% restocking fee at our discretion.
